Best neighborhoods in Columbus under /mo?

I travel for work but Columbus is home base. I saw that rent in Westerville is now /mo which is making me nervous. I keep discovering new spots even after 3 years. What would you do?

Born here, left for 10 years, came back. The school system in {hood} is actually {adj}.. The city has shifted a lot.

I walk my dog through Short North every day and Traffic has gotten noticeably worse in the past year.. The vibe has really evolved in the past couple years.
