Been living here since 2015. You can expect to pay around $1,224 for rent here. It's a a major city city with about 906K people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Does this match your experience? Any help is appreciated. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
