Top 5 things I love about Columbus

Anyone else feel this way? Homes are going for about $234,500 on average. Poverty rate is 13.5%, which is around average. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Should I be concerned?

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The housing market is pretty good compared to other places I've lived. Overall Feel free to reach out with questions..
