Worst intersection in Columbus? I'll start - Franklinton

Quick one -

Traffic has gotten noticeably worse in the past year.

Property values in Victorian Village went up 13% last year alone. Property values in Victorian Village went up 13% last year alone.

What I like:
- Friendly locals
- Strong local businesses
- Good farmers markets

What I don't:
- Road conditions
- Not much to do late at night

The weather took some getting used to but I actually love it now. The weather took some getting used to but I actually love it now.

Is this just me?

OK let me break this down from someone who's been here a while.

Harrison West vs Franklinton: completely different vibes. Harrison West is more improving with a younger crowd and nightlife. Franklinton is up-and-coming and better for retirees.

Cost-wise, expect /mo minimum for anything decent in Harrison West. In Franklinton you can find stuff for /mo.

Honestly the biggest downside is {downside}.. The suburbs vs city debate here is real.
