Colusa is underrated, change my mind

I work in energy and Crime rate is something to consider -Colusa sits at 101.6 per 100K. Homes are going for about $357,400 on average. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Any advice would be great.

Moved here from Minneapolis about 11 years ago. I have mixed feelings honestly. Still getting used to walkability but It's not for everyone but it works for us..
