Best neighborhoods to rent in Comanche?

Been meaning to ask this. Poverty rate is 16.9%, which is higher than I expected. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Let me know your thoughts. The weather takes some getting used to.

Bought a house here in 2023 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone about the same since then.
