Best neighborhoods to rent in Comerío zona urbana?
Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Rent is about $483/month for a decent place. It's a a small town city with about 4,040 people. The weather takes some getting used to. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The nightlife is honestly decent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. I have mixed feelings honestly. Compared to San Francisco it's surprisingly good.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem average.
I've been here 1 years and I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The thing nobody mentions is public transit. It's wild and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
That said, the healthcare is legit. And if you're into rock climbing, this place is surprisingly good.
Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The East side vs the The Heights side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

The food scene here is underrated. Tons of great Italian places. I love the pace of life here.
