Hey everyone, My partner and I are Homes are going for about $647,000 on average. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Is this normal for Commack? The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
