Commerce City in the winter -how bad?

Curious what people think. Born and raised here. It's a a smaller city city with about 64,640 people. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development.

Bought a house here in 2015 and there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I'm a HR manager and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is average and there's always something going on.

I've been living here for 8 years and I'd say it's exactly what I was looking for. The traffic is challenging compared to other places I've lived. Overall Good luck with whatever you decide..

Came here for quality of life and stayed because I have mixed feelings honestly. The nightlife is honestly solid and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
