Hey, We're a young couple and With a population of 64,640, Commerce City is a smaller city. Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Would love some local perspective. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
