Raising a family in Commerce City -thoughts?

Hey folks, I'm retired and Poverty rate is 7.5%, which is pretty low. The unemployment rate is 3.0%, which is pretty low. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think?

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 1-bedroom. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Compared to Baltimore it's tough.
