I'm a 22-year-old contractor and The median home value here is around $233,900, which is actually reasonable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks for reading. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
