Hey everyone, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. You can expect to pay around $1,601 for rent here. The unemployment rate is 4.5%, which is about average. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly.
