Co-working spaces in Comstock Park?

Longtime lurker here, I'm retired and Rent is about $1,070/month for a decent place. The median home value here is around $216,600, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 10,306 people. The unemployment rate is 3.5%, which is pretty low. The city has invested a lot in new development. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Am I overthinking this? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
