First post here. Just moved here 11 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider — Concord sits at 414.2 per 100K. Median household income is $109,195, which feels pretty solid for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Am I overthinking this?
