Job market in Concord for tech?

Anyone else feel this way? Born and raised here. Rent is about $2,226/month for a decent place. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Has anyone dealt with this? Cheers. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Used to live on the Cedar Grove side, now on the The Heights side. Completely different vibe. it's exactly what I was looking for.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are excellent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Came here for work and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The traffic is honestly hit or miss and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
