Rent prices in Concord getting crazy

Anyone else noticing rent going up fast in Concord? Over the last year, I feel like prices went up at least 10-15%. I'm paying $2226 for a 3BR which feels like a lot.

Are there any neighborhoods that are still affordable? Thinking about moving to a cheaper area.

Can confirm the safety issue. But it really depends on the neighborhood. Southside and Highland Park are perfectly safe.
