Things that make Concord unique
I'm a college student here and Median household income is $109,195, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a mid-size city city with about 124K people. Homes are going for about $755,900 on average. Average temperature is around 58°F, so the weather is moderate. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. Is this normal for Concord? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
