Anyone work in healthcare in Concord?

Alright, I'm a 37-year-old firefighter and With a population of 18,028, Concord is a small town. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The suburbs are where most families end up.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is school system. I love the pace of life here. Worth doing your research before committing.

Public transit is underrated here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it's been a really good experience overall.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Indian places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a contractor who relocated here from Miami about 9 years ago. The main reasons were weather and quality of life.

Pros I've experienced:
- Active local events and festivals
- Diverse dining options
- Lots of family-friendly activities

Cons that are real:
- Not very walkable outside downtown
- Limited high-paying job options

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Lots of new construction which should help. Groceries are manageable, gas is hit or miss.

Socially, it's been a really good experience overall. Feel free to reach out with questions..

I've been living here for 13 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The healthcare is solid compared to other places I've lived. Overall Hope this helps!.
