Anyone else feel this way? Rent is about $1,360/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.7%, which is pretty low. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
