What's it really like living in Concord?
Hi all, Rent is about $1,360/month for a decent place. Median household income is $83,701, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Thoughts? Property taxes are high but you get good services. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.
