Concord housing prices -when will it stop?

Alright, I've been here for 18 years and It's a a small town city with about 1,367 people. The median home value here is around $189,900, which is actually reasonable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What would you do? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.
