OK so I'm a 39-year-old data analyst and It's a a small town city with about 12,378 people. Rent is about $762/month for a decent place. Household incomes average around $50,585 in Conneaut. Median household income is $50,585, which feels on the lower side for the area. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Does this match your experience? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want traffic, then yeah this place is great. But if walkability matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

Hot take but I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. I know a lot of people disagree but after 13 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 3-bedroom. I genuinely enjoy living here. Compared to Austin it's better than expected.
