Connell in the winter -how bad?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 5,080, Connell is a small town. The median home value here is around $247,300, which is actually reasonable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. TIA! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.

I'm a nurse and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is solid and there's always something going on.
