Anyone else feel this way? I'm a remote worker and Average temperature is around 52--F, so expect cold winters. You can expect to pay around $665 for rent here. Rent is about $665/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Any advice would be great. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
