Carter Martin best-worst May 14, 2025

Alright, I'm retired and The median home value here is around $437,000, which is pretty steep. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Thoughts? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
