Anyone regret moving to Conroe?

Hello, The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 11 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Chicago, I was surprised by outdoor recreation. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Nice parks and green spaces
- Decent public transit for the size
- The community vibe scene is improving

The downsides:
- Dating scene is rough
- Limited entertainment options

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for young professionals. Good luck with whatever you decide..
