Hi all, I relocated for work and The median home value here is around $283,100, which seems about average. Rent is about $1,350/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 8.7%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $75,245, which feels about average for the area. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Thoughts? Thanks in advance! Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
