Conroe is underrated, change my mind
First post here. I'm a 34-year-old data analyst and Homes are going for about $283,100 on average. Crime rate is something to consider -Conroe sits at 319.7 per 100K. Median household income is $75,245, which feels about average for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
