First post here. Military spouse here. Homes are going for about $283,100 on average. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Looking forward to hearing from you all. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The weather takes some getting used to.
