Hi all, I relocated for work and Average temperature is around 70--F, so it's warm year-round. Rent is about $1,350/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Any advice would be great. Appreciate any input. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
