First post here. Average temperature is around 70--F, so it's warm year-round. It's a a smaller city city with about 96,976 people. Crime rate is something to consider -Conroe sits at 319.7 per 100K. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. What do you all think?
