Not sure if this has been asked before, but The median home value here is around $283,100, which seems about average. Median household income is $75,245, which feels about average for the area. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Should I be concerned? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The suburbs are where most families end up.
