First time home buyer in Conshohocken

Hello, Just moved here 11 months ago and Rent is about $1,905/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

Great question. I'll try to be comprehensive here.

I'm a teacher who relocated here from San Francisco about 9 years ago. The main reasons were work and my partner's job.

Pros I've experienced:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good internet infrastructure
- Diverse dining options

Cons that are real:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Can feel isolated

Financially, we've found it average compared to where we came from. Buying is tough right now, renting is more reasonable. Groceries are growing, gas is tough.

Socially, it's improved dramatically in recent years. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
