I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $88,060 in Converse. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Does this match your experience? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
