Co-working spaces in Converse?

Hello, Been living here since 2013. Crime rate is something to consider -Converse sits at 531.5 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 2.3%, which is pretty low. It's a a smaller city city with about 28,764 people. Homes are going for about $240,100 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The city has invested a lot in new development. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Bought a house here in 2015 and it's exactly what I was looking for. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I've lived in Highland for about 10 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Seattle, I was surprised by pet-friendliness. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Good schools in most areas
- The walkability scene is average

The downsides:
- Limited entertainment options
- Bugs and humidity in summer

Overall I'd rate it 7/10 for families. It's not for everyone but it works for us..

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Used to live on the Oak Park side, now on the South side. Completely different vibe. I genuinely enjoy living here.

Weather-wise, the summers are challenging and winters are growing. You get used to it after the first year.
