Freelancing from Converse -experience?

Hey everyone, With a population of 28,764, Converse is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $240,100, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 11.6%, which is around average. Rent is about $1,601/month for a decent place. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The suburbs are where most families end up. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've lived in Springfield for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it was the best decision I ever made. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by healthcare. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Great outdoor activities nearby
- Four distinct seasons
- The healthcare scene is underrated

The downsides:
- Not a lot of cultural diversity
- Road conditions need improvement

Overall I'd rate it 9/10 for singles. Good luck with whatever you decide..
