Hey everyone, Homes are going for about $234,600 on average. You can expect to pay around $986 for rent here. Household incomes average around $58,461 in Conway. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The weather takes some getting used to. Has anyone dealt with this? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.

Real talk - this place is not for everyone, and I think that's OK.

If you value pet-friendliness, you'll love it. The cost of living is genuinely solid and I've found it exceeded my expectations. My neighborhood (Pine Hills) is wild and I feel safe walking around at night.

But if you're coming from Austin, be prepared for the culture shock. school system is completely different here. And Property taxes are high.

My advice would be to visit for at least a week before committing. Rent first, don't buy. And explore multiple neighborhoods - they're all different.
