Longtime lurker here, Just moved here 11 months ago and The unemployment rate is 1.7%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $366,800 on average. The city has invested a lot in new development. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Would love some local perspective. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
