Conway quality of life -am I missing something?

Hi all, I work in legal and Household incomes average around $54,841 in Conway. Poverty rate is 15.1%, which is higher than I expected. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. I love the pace of life here. Compared to Seattle it's improving.

Not gonna lie, the first year was rough. But once you find your neighborhood and your people, I have mixed feelings honestly. It's not for everyone but it works for us..
