Living in Conway -the reality

Hi all, Homes are going for about $236,300 on average. Rent is about $881/month for a decent place. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What are your go-to spots?

I've lived in Westside for about 5 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it exceeded my expectations. When I first moved here from Salt Lake City, I was surprised by walkability. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Good schools in most areas
- Affordable housing options
- The walkability scene is average

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Not very walkable outside downtown

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for retirees. Would recommend to anyone considering it..

Used to live on the Old Town side, now on the West side. Completely different vibe. it's been a really good experience overall.
