Best kept secrets of Coolidge, AZ

Curious what people think. Median household income is $57,161, which feels about average for the area. It's a a small town city with about 15,300 people. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

Pros:
- Affordable cost of living
- Good job market
- Plenty of shopping options

Cons:
- Hot summers
- Lack of diversity
- Mosquitoes and humidity
