Is Coolidge worth it salary-wise?

Alright, We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Coolidge sits at 532.8 per 100K. Homes are going for about $203,100 on average. The median home value here is around $203,100, which is actually reasonable. Average temperature is around 71--F, so it's warm year-round. Poverty rate is 18.2%, which is higher than I expected. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The city has invested a lot in new development. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 3 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's reasonable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is average.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The South side vs the Pine Hills side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Happy to answer more specific questions..

I've been here 13 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.
