Just moved to Coolidge, any tips?

Hey folks, I'm originally from Houston and The median home value here is around $203,100, which is actually reasonable. Poverty rate is 18.2%, which is higher than I expected. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Let me know your thoughts. Property taxes are high but you get good services.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
