Affordable areas near Coon Rapids?

Been meaning to ask this. The unemployment rate is 2.8%, which is pretty low. Median household income is $86,618, which feels pretty solid for the area. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Looking forward to hearing from you all. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 4-bedroom. the quality of life is solid. Compared to Portland it's tough.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. it exceeded my expectations. Worth doing your research before committing.
