Is Coon Rapids getting better or worse?

Hey, Median household income is $86,618, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 63,348 people. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Has anyone dealt with this? Any help is appreciated.

The food scene here is improving. Tons of great Italian places. it's been a really good experience overall.
