Studio apartments in Coon Rapids -options?

Hello, I grew up here but left for a while. With a population of 63,348, Coon Rapids is a smaller city. Homes are going for about $287,200 on average. The food scene here is surprisingly good. The city has invested a lot in new development. Am I wrong here?

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
