Hey folks, I relocated for work and It's a a smaller city city with about 63,348 people. You can expect to pay around $1,418 for rent here. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Worth the trade-offs? Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
