We have two kids and Homes are going for about $287,200 on average. Rent is about $1,418/month for a decent place. With a population of 63,348, Coon Rapids is a smaller city. It's a a smaller city city with about 63,348 people. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Any help is appreciated. The city has invested a lot in new development. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
