We're a young couple and The median home value here is around $216,900, which is actually reasonable. With a population of 4,841, Coopersville is a small town. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much.
